UBC Choral Festival Transportation Update

Friday October 28th – UBC Choral Festival – adjustments to TRANSPORTATION and SCHEDULE. Due to bussing issues we have had to adjust accordingly.

Please know that the festival is open for parents to attend and there is room for 2 – 3 parents to accompany on the bus.

Please make note of our planned return on PUBLIC TRANSIT after the festival.

  • 8:30am Check in Argyle Choir room ( Dressed for Performance with bag lunch & water )
  • 8:35am VOCAL WARMUP – with Mr. Clements
  • 9am Bus DEPARTS from Argyle for UBC
  • 10am – approx. arrival at the CHAN – Check in to Festival
  • 10:15 – 10:25 BREAK – Roberts will meet up with you
  • 10:30am Little Flower Academy ( Vancouver )
  • 10:45am R E Mountain Secondary ( Langley)
  • 11:00am Argyle Chamber Choir ( North Vancouver ) In Flanders Fields 2. Ilus Haal
  • 11:15am Lord Byng ( Vancouver )
  • 11:30 LUNCH –BYO – nearest food services are a 10-15 min. walk from the theatre
  • 12:30pm – UNIVERSITY SINGERS – PERFORM
  • 1:00pm – Walnut Grove ( Langley), Langley Fine Arts, St Thomas More ( Burnaby)
  • 2:00pm – EVENT ends – walk to Public Transit home ( 84 – UBC to Olympic Village Canada Line to Waterfront station – Seabus to Lonsdale Quay – BUS accordingly )
  • 3:30/ 4pm arrival
