MEETING TONIGHT — SEEKING PARENT VOLUNTEERS

Dear Argyle Music Families,

I’m reaching out with an urgent request for your help.

 

Our Annual Argyle Music Cabaret (May 30th, 2025) is one of the most beloved and highly anticipated events of the year—a showcase of the creativity, talent, and hard work of our music students. This event is the primary fundraiser for the Argyle Music Association Scholarships. However, we are currently at risk of having to cancel this year’s event due to a shortage of parent volunteers.

To bring this night to life, we need support with:

Event set-up and decorating

Concession sales and food prep

Ticketing and front-of-house support

Clean-up and take-down

Without enough hands on deck, we simply can’t make the event happen and we really want to continue to provide scholarships for graduating students.

We’re holding a brief info session on Zoom TONIGHT at 7:30pm to go over what’s needed and how you can help—even a small role makes a big difference.
