Action Required: Graduating Students – Fundraising Account Form (Due June 1st)

Dear Argyle Music Graduates and Families of MUSIC GRADS,

If your student has participated in Argyle Music fundraisers in the past, please complete the following form by June 1st:

You’ll be asked to indicate one of the following:

• Option A: Request a reimbursement (up to $230) if your student attended the October 2024 Choral Retreat
• Option B: Transfer funds to a non-graduating student
• Option C: Donate funds to the AMA Bursary Fund
