Cabaret Planning– all parents and guardians are warmly invited to attend
Join us for the first planning session for the 2026 Cabaret Night, the signature fundraising gala of the Argyle Music Association that celebrates our students’ musical achievements and supports the scholarship fund.
We’re looking for parents and guardians who’d like to help shape the event, from theme ideas, décor, ticketing, volunteer coordination, sponsorships and more. No experience needed, just enthusiasm and a willingness to help.
Your involvement can make a big difference. Please come ready with ideas, or just join in to listen and see where you might step in. We’ll cover:
- What worked well at previous cabarets
- Goals for 2026 (attendance, fundraising, student spotlight)
- Volunteer roles & timeline
- Sponsorship & ticket strategies
- Next steps & responsible contacts
