Year end board meeting – all parents and guardians of music students are warmly invited to attend

Please join us for the Argyle Music Association’s Year-End Board Meeting as we wrap up the school year and look ahead to what’s coming next for the music program.

This meeting is open to all parents and guardians, and your participation is always appreciated. We’ll be reviewing this year’s activities, discussing financial updates, celebrating accomplishments, and outlining priorities for the year ahead, including important succession planning for volunteer and board roles as families “graduate” out of the program.

Meeting topics include:

• Year-end financial overview
• Program highlights and successes
• Updates on bursaries and fundraising
• Planning for next year’s events and initiatives
• Succession planning for board and volunteer positions
• Open floor for questions, ideas, and feedback
