Sun Peaks – Room Sign Up

Hello folks,

This is an important message for all students going on the Sun Peaks – Junior Music tour in April. Rooming sign up for the trip will be available at lunch today. Sign Up sheets are posted on the Band Room door. Students must sign up by Thursday, Jan 19. 

There are 4 students per room for the trip. The rooms are not restricted by grade or course (e.g. students in Concert Band 9 can sign up for a room with Concert Band 10 students if they wish), and there are three options for room sign up: Male, Female, or Non-Binary / Other. We are hoping to create rooming conditions that are safe and inclusive for all students. If you have specific questions or concerns, please do not hesistate to contact me.

If you do not yet have a group of 4, please feel free to sign up in one of the slots on the sign up sheet. Students must sign up by Thursday, Jan 19 (this Thursday), otherwise, I will sign up for rooms on your behalf.
