Sun Peaks – Con Brio Payment Information

Hello everyone,

Thank you for your help in confirming the students who will be participating on the Con Brio – Sun Peaks Music Festival. The following message is regarding payment for the tour.

Payments for the tour will be made through School Cash Online. It should appear within the next couple of days. There are two options for payment:

• Paying in two installments ($307.50 for each installment). The system will collect the payment on the first of each month (January 1 & Feb 1)
• Paying in one installment of $615. Please note that the system may say that the fee is due Feb 1 (because of the setup for the multiple installments). Please submit payment before Jan 1 as we need to pay the travel agency a deposit to secure our booking.

The fee is not currently set up, but it should appear in the next couple of days. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Please note that I may not be able to address them until we return in the New Year.

I am very much looking forward to travelling with our students next semester.
