One week away from the big night!

Dear families and friends of the Argyle Music program,

 

We are so excited to be welcoming you to our final concert of the year, featuring all the music ensembles at Argyle.

 

We are currently seeking volunteers from 7:10 – 7:45 pm to Greet, and collect donations. We would greatly appreciate your support. Please contact yvonnest@shaw.ca if you’re available.

 

Students are expected to help immediately after school with setup, and with teardown following the concert. Students will have approximately an hour to grab dinner at various times, depending on which ensemble they are in. This will be shared with students in the next coming days.

 

Here are the concert times:

 

Final Music Concert – Junior Segment (Concert Band 9, Concert Band 10, Junior Jazz Band): Tuesday, June 13, 6:00 – 7:15PM – Argyle Large Gym

 

All students expected to help with set up immediately after school on performance day.

Final Music Concert – Senior Segment (Senior Concert Band, Senior Jazz Band, Chamber Choir, Vocal Ensemble & Strings): Tuesday, June 13, 7:45 – 10:00PM – Argyle Large Gym

 

All students expected to help with clean up immediately after the concert!
