Process
As part of the Argyle Music Program, you will automatically receive Argyle Music Association Fundraiser details.When the fundraising order is placed, make sure you have followed the instructions in the email/website to ensure that the AMA is the fundraising body; and that your child’s name & student number is on the form, so that the AMA student account can be credited. For further details email: fundraising@argylemusic.ca.
When you have paid for your child’s Argyle Music Association trip, you can email treasurer@argylemusic.ca and they will send you a cheque once they have confirmed that the trip has ben paid for in full.
Please note, it is not possible for you to receive funds prior to paying for the full price of the trip first.
Bursaries are available for those kids requiring financial aid to participate in an AMA trip! This is separate from fundraising. Please speak to Mr. Clements or Mr. Smith about this.
