DESCRIPTION:Students and families are invited to take part in NVSD Strings Day\, a special district-wide event celebrating the hard work and talent of North Vancouver’s string students. This is a wonderful opportunity for young musicians to come together\, learn\, rehearse\, and perform alongside peers from across the district. \nWhat to Expect: \n\nFull-day workshops and rehearsals led by district music staff\nOpportunities for students to play in larger combined ensembles\nA culminating performance showcasing what they’ve learned\nA fun and inspiring musical experience for all levels of string players\n\nFamilies are welcome to attend the final performance and cheer on our students as they take the stage with string players from across the district. \nWe look forward to a great day of music-making! \n(afterschool through evening)
