AGENDA:
3-3:30pm Moving Sound Equipment to Cafeteria – Sound Techs setup
5:45pm – ARRIVE dressed for Performance – final move into place in Cafeteria / BRING FOOD ITEM (clearly labelled for ownership of plate and INGREDIENTS)
6:15pm – SOUND CHECK with Sr Jazz Band – followed by acapella songs sound check
6:45pm – DOORS OPEN
7-8pm SHOWTIME
8:15-9pm (approx) CLEANUP – Return equipment to Band & Choir rooms
Thanks everyone for your efforts so far, this is going to be a wonderful night of music and community for us.
