California trip has been cancelled

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We regret to inform you that, after careful consideration, we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel our senior trip to California. This decision was reached primarily due to the feedback of significant high costs associated with the trip, which would place an undue financial burden on both the program and our participating students. We understand that this may come as disappointing news to many of our students, as we were all looking forward to the enriching experiences that California could offer.

In the coming weeks, we will be working diligently to plan an alternative senior trip within our local region of British Columbia that will be both enjoyable, affordable, and musically enriching. We want to reassure you that the well-being and enrichment of our students remain at the forefront of our decisions, and we will strive to make the local regional trip as memorable and educational as possible.

All payments will be reimbursed via the method of payment. Expect this reimbursement to appear on your next credit card statement.
