COUNTDOWN TO WHISTLER!

Dear Parents/Guardians,

 

We hope this email finds you well. We are excited to announce our upcoming trip to Whistler, which promises to be an unforgettable experience for our students.

 

To ensure that everyone is well-prepared and informed for the trip, we have created a comprehensive student handbook. This handbook includes essential information such as a packing list, emergency contacts, itinerary, and hotel details. Please take the time to review this handbook with your child to ensure they are fully prepared for the trip. You can find the attached handbook with this email.

 

On departure day (Thursday, April 18th), students must pick up their trip T-shirts and handbook copy during FLEX TIME in the band/choir rooms. Following this, they will attend their morning classes as usual and then return to the band/choir rooms for lunch where we will board busses. Please make sure to pack a lunch for this day!
