Cabaret Volunteers Needed

Hello everyone,

 

The AMA Cabaret Committee is looking for teachers to help supervise students backstage on Cabaret night (Friday, May 26). Student supervision will be needed from 5:30PM – 11:30PM. You don’t need to stay for the whole time, but if you can be there to help for part of the time, that would be greatly appreciated. Some specific tasks we need volunteers for:

Pizza Distribution (5:30 – 7PM)

Backstage Supervision (7:00 – 9:00PM; 8:45 – 10:45 or 10:30 – 11:30PM) – we will have some parent volunteers who will be floating to help with supervision as well. The areas students will access include the gyms & music rooms and the upper balcony area. We will also need some help supervising the weight room that students pass through to get to the theatre space and ensure no one is touching the equipment.

If you are able to stay and help backstage for part of the night (or that whole night!), your help will be greatly appreciated.
