Cabaret is on May 12th. so it’s time to sign up for a volunteer shift for early seat selection!
It takes a community of parents to put on an event of this size. Meet other parents, have fun AND take advantage of early volunteer ticket sales to purchase a prime seat. Jobs of all sizes are available and no experience is necessary.
Sign up quick to get the shift(s) you want, and to access early ticket
sales! Please cover at least one shift and consider signing up for more than
one. The program schedule is included on the sign-up sheet so you can sign
up for shifts that don’t conflict with your child’s performance time.
Click on the tabs at the bottom of the sign up form to see the program
schedule and all of the volunteer options available. There are many shifts
to fill so make sure to use the scroll bar at the bottom to see all of them.

A link to purchase your tickets will be emailed to you after you have signed
up, beginning on Tue April 10th.
Please note: as this is a fundraiser, volunteers attending the event are
required to purchase a ticket.
Not planning on attending the show but would like to help us with the event?
We are in need of backstage helpers for the evening. Please email your
interest to email@example.com ASAP
There is still an opening for a driver to transport equipment in a 20 ft
rental truck. This is a primo position as it is a commitment that doesn’t
conflict with attending cabaret itself (see ‘not consume alcohol’ below).
This involves picking up the truck on Friday, transporting equipment
Saturday morning and afternoon, driving the equipment back to Argyle
Saturday night after cabaret, and then returning the truck Sunday morning.
Students and other parents will help with loading and unloading. The
volunteer needs to be comfortable driving a big truck, not consume alcohol
at cabaret and be aware of the specific time commitment involved. Please
consider if this is something that you could take on & let us know! Email
